I finally took my local friends advice and booked a table at Soupcon this past Thursday night while in town for work/ski. My dinner date drove in from Aspen and we both settled in at a gorgious coener table and let the show begin. The Chef, Jason, greated us with a little tasting plate which was awesome and we ordered...

We had a table for 9 and everyone loved the food and service. Our waiter was excellent. He recommend the walleye for me and it was outstanding. We all considered it a memorable dining experience. If you are in Crested Butte, Soupçon is a must.
We ate here on our anniversary as it came highly recommended. We had the later seating, but they called us and asked if we wanted to move up so we came in a little earlier. The wine list is extensive and many decent options from bargain prices to super high end prices. The food was delicious and their dessert was...

Soupçon is a small place tucked in an alley but seek it out for the best dining experience in Crested Butte. It's a little pricey but well worth it. We shared the seared Nantucket sea scallops and mussel appetizers between the 4 of us and they were both delicious. Jason and his staff always go out of their way to...

My family have been second home owners since 2000. Soupcon is a "must-eat" every time we are in town. Jason always has some unbelievable entree, including Colorado Elk , but always has as a staple fantastic lamb chops. The appetizers are amazing as is the staff. We have 5 star restaurants in the Houston area, but for variety, service, ambience,...

Soupcon is a cozy cabin tucked off the main street in Crested Butte, very charming and intimate. The chef and his staff offer an innovative unfussy French inspired cuisine along with a wine list that is hard to beat. The menu is varied and offers fresh local fare of the season.
This place could go up against any upscale French...
