Went here while in town for business. The place is a bit old and worn, the service was okay, but the food was surprisingly good.
Passing through Canon City at dinner time was a great experience. We drove around looking for a place to eat when we stumbled upon DiRito’s Italian Cuisine. This is a relatively large place but not with a lot of booths which we landed. The waitress took drink orders and asked if we wanted roasted garlic with the bread and butter... More
We went to this restaurant and hoped it would be good boy were we wrong. I ordered the ribeye which was ok but was disappointed with the side selection. They had a baked potato but nothing else for it but butter no loaded option let alone sour cream. I asked what other options they had for sides and was told... More
And yet it was the best meal I had on this trip. The girl who served us our food was super friendly, I remember that more than I do the food. If for some reason I find myself in Canon City again, I would eat here.
My husband had steak and baked potato and I had fettuccine alfredo. Both dinners were very good. We also liked that you could have half a meal if you didn't want a big meal and the price was lower. We walked through downtown after we had enjoyed a great meal at Dirito's.
We love this family-owned Italian restaurant. The food is wonderful, prices are very reasonable, and the service is very good. We usually have the Gnocchi but we have enjoyed everything we have tried. We believe this is the best Italian food in Canon City and a very good value. Nice casual atmosphere so don't feel like you have to dress... More
The meals were very good. We had enough left over for a meal the following evening. The service was also very good, and the prices were fantastic.
My wife and I both had the spaghetti, which is homemade and excellent. A full bar, wine list and good service in a casual atmosphere. We really enjoyed it.
We had a great dinner at DiRito's. Our waitress, Sarah, was great: personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive. The ravioli and steak that we had were very good - pasta is made there. There were options for half orders for the pasta entrees. Relaxed atmosphere. Kids would be welcome.
