Stopped for an easy breakfast. Some of the best chilaquiles (Roja not verde) I've ever had. Real rice and perfect beans. Only thing improvement would be metal instead of plastic silverware...Don't let stop you.

We stumbled upon El Bajio while making a road trip up north. Pricey but really good tongue street tacos! We had pleasant and fast service. If they had been open on Mondays we would have stopped for 'seconds' on our way back.

Somewhere along the way the owners lost their focus on food and only cared about $$$. To be fair their tacos were above average and the service was good enough. But I've had better tacos for half the price and that's only half a block away. Felt like I was getting ripped off every bite into the taco.
