This is truly the best mexican food I've ever found in a restaurant. This little hole in the wall has a great variety of the typical mexican dishes. They serve generous portions at economical prices. Everything tastes like homemade. Please stop by when you are in the San Juan Capistrano area, you won't be disappointed.

This is the real deal. La carniceria serves authentic meat dishes including lengua and cabeza, but the less-risky meats are awesome too. They also have the best and biggest selection of pan dulce and jarritos. You know this is the real deal because all the immigrant workers pack the place and most employees there don't speak English.
