The place is tops, best pizza anywhere around with great and friendly service, not to mention the royal serving of a glass of wine. The place is a few blocks from the 5, not in the town's center so that may explain why there is no wait to get a table. Make it your destination, you want be disappointed.

So we like this place and come here often but it would be nice to get a side salad before dinner . They have number of nice dishes on the menu if you like pasta or pizza they got it but no side salad. If you want calzones or sandwich that have good ones that as long as you don't... More

Quality toppings, but their version of a Napolitain pizza is pretty crispy and dry. I had mine togo but people was friendly, yet there was no place to stand or wait - glad I didn't have to wait long. Their sandwiches were good but nothing special.

Jim is the man. We typically get the same food but its good so... The servers are good and attentive (we love chattin up the Canucks... you know who you are...Go Ducks.)

Small, friendly, VERY high quality wood fire pizza and exceptional salad, wine and side dishes. This will become your favorite Go-To spot as it has become ours. Truly a hidden treasure off the beaten path but near the I-5 in San Clemente. DON'T miss it!!!!

“Still the best Pizza In San Clemente Hands Down!!”

I have been coming back time after time over the past 8+ months. The Kalamata olive pizza is amazing. Friendly staff. I have friends now driving nearly 30 miles to come here!! Keep up the good work guys!!

“Izza - excellent pizza and pasta.”

Now Izza. We sat in the bar and watched football on their big screen. Very nice red wine selections from budget to splurge. We had a pizza made in the wood burning oven and the pasta special. Both were excellent. Izza is definitely on our list of local favs.

This restaurant is now called Izza Pizzeria. The food is amazing! All imported ingredients from Italy and awesome chefs behind the open kitchen, which also has a bar where you can see the magic happen. Everytime I eat here I love it more! Definitely make your way over there you wont regret it!!

Best Pizza in San Clemente (and I have lived here for 20+ years)!! A former partner in "Gordon James" opened this restaurant. Stop in and tell James (the owner) that the guy who he makes the special Puttenesca for suggested the place to you (and if you love Puttenesca have him make it for you too)!!
