This is the 2nd time we have been to La Tosca in the past 6-7 months. Both times the noise level was SO high that it was impossible to carry on any conversation with our 2 friends. My husband And I arrived for a 7:30pm reservation on Valentines evening, we had to wait in a very crowded resturant for an additional 20 minutes along with other couples. There were empty tables but but weren't cleaned for 15-20 minutes. The resturant had taken a couple of their booths outside and put in two rows of tables making it... More
