Food is always good and fresh. It is family owned and the service is outstanding. Sam, one of the owners, is friendly, personable, and always takes a personal interest in the food and service. They will go out of their way to individualize your order as well.

I love this place! I have sent more people to this place!! I think this is the best chinese in town. These 2 guys know their stuff - they got their training in San Francisco. I love their eggplant - so creamy!! And they do great things with tofu! I've eaten a lot of chinese food here.

You cannot miss the bright yellow awning out front. The place is very clean and bright. The staff is fast and courteous. The food is fresh and flavorful. We tried the Triple Mongolian recommended in another review and it is now our favorite! We will definitely stop there again as we are passing through Salinas!
