Nice place, you sit around a grill with other people you don't know, the chef cooks everything right in front of you, so you know what goes into the meal and how fresh it is, and they even make it fun. Lots of food fun good price

Came here with someone who had never had Japanese food, much less teppan style so it was mostly for fun while on a conference. Food was ok, Shrimp were good, scallops a bit overcooked, steak ok but not terribly flavorful. Vegs were the hit, they had lots of flavor.

I thought the valet...

Short and sweet... Great food, service, atmosphere, and decent value given anything in Rancho Mirage is going to be a little higher than other places. If you go with a group of people, you're gonna have a nice, fun, relaxing time. I've only been here once, but we're definitely going back.
As for the bar area, very well laid out...
