Terrible attitude of the staff, misleading information on the website, so many restrictions on the promos they offer (see other reviewer who said they don't like to honor offers), majorly outdated decor, "ok" food...we questioned the server and the manager on their policies and had our check THROWN at us at the end of our dinner!! The owner doesn't like... More

We had a very nice dinner here Christmas Eve, with family and firiends Though not a super fancy place, we had a nice table, with a good variety of choices on the menu. We enjoyed good service until it got a bit busier, then it was hard to get the attention of our waiter. All of the choices we had... More

Terrible experience. Paid $80, for a terrible meal. I could of had better food at Denny's.If this is Italian, then Taco Bell is a 5 star Mexican restaurant. The scoozies were flat and had no cheese. Did not look like the picture. Sauce in linguine was water and butter....the house wine taste like vinegar -paid $12 for that! This was... More

However, while the menu remains interesting and some of the food we had recently was tasty, the service and the attitude of the staff and particularly the management have made it such that neither I nor the people I... EVER BEEN PICK POCKETED BY A RESTAURANT? I haven't either till last Saturday night at Girasole Grill. Story We went there with 12 people for a joint birthday dinner for my mom, brother and myself. My cousin brought a Chinese birthday cake (something they do not make). After appetizers, drinks and entrees (over $300 for dinner), the server, Michelle, asked... More
