Try giving Nonni's a try. I just love the curry chicken salad (x tomatoes) and my honey loves the beef stroganoff and we both enjoy the wine! Nonni is super nice and greets his greats often coming out of the kitchen. Nice addition to our little Main St.

Have eaten here twice -- brunch and dinner -- and both times were excellent. Food very good, nice wine selection. Lamb shank fro dinner was delicious. Note -- the small restaurant operates with a lean staff, so it's not a place for diners in a hurry.

Mediterranean cuisine is delicious and well-plated at Nonni's Bistro on Pleasanton's historic Downtown Main Street. Great wine selection, courteous staff, and range of many very good food choices. Eat outside on good weather days as an extra treat.

If you like to eat something different, delicious, very imaginative, and beautifully presented, this is your place. We were absolutely pleased with everything from starters to dessert. One of the best little restaurants in Pleasanton!

We ate here on a Sunday evening, the restaurant was pretty full. We got seated quickly. I had the beef stroganoff, my wife had the coq au vin which was excellent, especially the sauce. The meat in the stroganoff was tough and the chef determined the meat had been cut wrong. They redid the stroganoff with skirt steak and it... More

We just returned from a dinner out at Nonni's Bistro. It was a simple casual bistro environment with exceptional cuisine and service! I started with a goat cheese crepe placed over a small bed of greens and with a side of 2 beautiful ripe slices of tomato and not-to-sweet candied walnuts. it was a culinary delight! I ordered the gnochi... More

A nice enough little bistro, though unexceptional. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again but if found myself in the vicinity wouldn't object. Service was good.

This was the best meal I have had in my life! The atmosphere is quaint made out of an old little house. The chef comes around and talks to you, seats you, serves you. He is Scandanavian and has been all over so the place has an eclectic mix of food. There was also a little two person "band" playing... More

They have a nice menu to choose from and a nice wine card. The server Stephanie was excellent. Because of my food allergie they changed my dish so that I can eat it and it was dellicious. Food was tasty, plenty and for a reasonable price. I like the former Restaurant Mahalo a lot. I'm happy that we have now... More
