Four of us enjoyed dinner at Brick's. I had a steak and it was well prepared. My sons thought is good. The service was great.
We tried, but the luncheon salads were just too big! They were absolutely delicious...fresh ingredients, great flavor combinations, but the portions were really huge. We have eaten at Bricks before and had forgotten how generous the servings are. Next time we'll split a salad. My husband had the Cobb salad and I had the chicken, cranberry, salad...both had so much... More
There was little choice in Placerville so chose Bricks and wasn't disappointed. The place was full with a great atmosphere if a little noisy. The food wasn't anything to get excited about but that said we all cleared our plates. Service was excellent.
My husband and I went to Bricks for dinner...what a mistake. Terrible service. Food was not good. Ordered spicy shrimp for appetizer...shrimp wasn't cooked enough! Ordered fish & chips and Tuscan chicken. Neither meal was worth what we payed for it. We would not recommend this restaurant!
Had dinner at Bricks while visiting a friend who has lived here over 20 years. She wanted to share one of her Placerville favorites with me, and I'm glad she did. I found a great menu, good wine, good service. We especially enjoyed the fried calamari appetizer, burgers, and fries. Highly recommended!
Stopped by for lunch on the way to Tahoe. Enjoyed the pastrami reuben sandwich. The extra $$ to upgrade to sweet potato fries is worth it. We liked the walk to/from the place. Plenty of small shops to explore after the meal.
Good food and good drinks what a great combination. We stopped here for lunch all everyone enjoyed our meals. The service was good and the food was delivered promptly. I had the BBQ pork sandwich which was so large I abandoned the roll and ate it with a knife and fork. The next time I am in Placerville I will... More
Clearly one of the favourites for people in Placerville. Excellent menu that does not let you down when the food hits the table, along with great staff to support the experience. Would be my first choice for dining in Placerville.
This was a memorable meal. The Fried Green Tomatoes were the best I have ever had. The were made to perfection. The Bo Peep lamb burger was also outstanding. Service was great, parking was easy, and the prices reasonable. The only item that was disappointing was the onion soup. It lacked flavor.
I met friends on a Friday night, there is great atmosphere, lively, overall a good experience. We did cocktails and an appetizer. Definitely a place to go to again.
