For me it is all about the beef. NY Strip or Porterhouse -- why order anything else. It is a steakhouse.
Some people experience long waits for a table here. I rarely experience a wait for three reasons:
We go earlyish
We avoid weekends and holidays
I don't wait more than 10 mind for a table anywhere. I go elsewhere...

No matter where I go in any city or town that has an Outback Steakhouse I am never dissapointed. You can always count on good service and delicious meals to ease your taste buds.

One of the First Outbacks opened in California (1999). The Rack of Lamb used to be 16.99 or 17.99, it is 25.99 now.
