Wow! This place used to be great. Not sure what has happened. We came here on Easter hoping for a nice dinner. Started with appetizers and as my husband was about to eat an oyster he saw a LIVE SANDCRAB!!!!! We showed the waitress and the manager and he said it was NO BIG DEAL and that he sees this... More

I don't want to write a book here, but the main issue was Sunday Brunch, Easter. Menu online for brunch states mimosa refills (up to 4) when ordering brunch. My brother ordered brunch. Waitress mentioned he gets refills on his mimosa, I get champagne refills on their very small glasses. When he ordered his third, the waitress--who had by then... More

McCormick and Schmick's is a solid choice for good dining in Pasadena. There are certainly better, foodie choices out there, but for a good meal at a fair price they are great. They have incredibly fresh fish, I love their daily oyster selection and I like that they print their menu daily. It says that they serve what they can... More

Had dinner tonight. The lemonaid was a small glass that was mostly ice and when I asked for a refill they informed me that it was company policy that I had to pay for a refill. This is redculous. I eat and many fine restaurants where the fresh squeezed lemonaid is always refilled with out a quetions. Even after I... More

This restaurant is not well managed. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told our table wasn’t quite ready and we were invited to wait in the bar “for a few minutes.” While our husbands ordered drinks, several of us ladies went to the Woman’s Room to wash-up. The bathroom wasn’t really clean and it lacked a few amenities,... More

Overcooked steak, undercooked baked potato and horrible service. There is no need to write any more. Avoid it. More

My wife and I dined a day after windstorms had knocked out power to our area, displacing many people from their homes and kitchens. The restaurant had not staffed to handle the crowd of clients that materialized and so there was a bit of a wait. One of the managers sensed our frustration and really took it upon himself to... We have been going to this restaurant for a very long time and have never before been disappointed. Something has changed...not sure if it is the cost cutting measures taken on by the parent corporation or what, but we may never go back if this is what we can expect. Food: the menu has changed and has fewer selections. We... More

Service was great and our waiter Solomon was so gracious. Came here with my mom, sister and aunt. My aunt ordered the Lobster Bisque for dinner our first evening in Pasadena and of course, although our meals were equally great, we all regretted not getting the bisque. We then had to return a day or so later for lunch to... More

Had Easter lunch at this restaurant...ordered the filet mignon & jumbo shrimp combo...steak was so juicy & tender while the shrimp which was stuffed with REAL crab meat was delicious...i couldn't stop eating their sourdough bread...one of the best i've tasted...would definitely recommend this restaurant...only drawback for me was the lighting...wish it was a little more brighter inside the restaurant...definitely...
