Great prix fixe dinner during restaurant week - and the bartenders there make a MEAN martini with blue cheese stuffed olives! YUM!

Coming off our dinner at Spencer'e the night before, we did not expect to be wowed. Reservation @ 7pm, and given our choice of romantic tables by the maître d. He really made us feel welcome and frequently checked on us and all the quests. The surrounding were nice, but not Spencer's, but more on that latter. Our waiter, Jason... More

My Partner and I enjoy finding those hidden gems..restaurants that leave you wanting for the next time, but satisfied enough to tie the bridge of time between visits. We were in Palm Springs for the weekend, looking for such a place and after having enormous luck with Matchbox thought we'd continue our adventures at Copley's. We pulled up to Valet... More

Situated off the street, the patio is more like a beautiful private lawn (sadly complete with flies!) We went during Restaurant Week. We found their menu choices very pleasing for this event, where some places skimp. My husband had the first course ravioli and as another reviewer said, his plate was radiating heat and was untouchable. Seriously! It did taste... More

what a lovely restaurant, loved sitting outside for dinner. The food was really good, not one of those places with big plates and nothing on them, you leave full and satisfied!

We were there for restaurant week which was a bargain at $38 for three courses. My first course - mushroom ravioli - was great both in taste and presentation. But it is served in a bowl that is so hot you can't touch it and throws a lot of heat off which is not enjoyable when sitting outside in over... More

Dining in the beautiful courtyard of Cary Grant's guesthouse! What could be more fun? How about delicious food and wine and a waiter who will let you take your time to choose from all the lovely sounding menu items? All those things we found at Copley's this weekend. The ahi and scallops were perfect with the wasabi mashed potato, my... More

We attended a french wine pairing dinner. All selections were predetermined. The pairings were excellent. The food was first rate. The chef shared his experiences and the process of developing the menu. It was quite an eclectic group of attendees. Very enjoyable.

We visited this Restaurant in a House (with kind of history) in a warm night (we never say “hot” in the Desert Valley) in May. Squeezed in a small parking space. Seated then in the courtyard, enjoyed the warm breeze and cold chardonnay. We ordered Australian Barramundi (no idea what is Barramundi, then we googled it, found out that it’s... More

The full dining experience was fantastic - the atmosphere, the service, the food, the drinks. My wife and I went with basically all of the server's recommendations on drinks, appetizers, meals, and dessert - and not a single complaint. We highly recommend their wedge salad, the scallops, the duck, and the chocolate dessert ravioli. Enjoy.
