I had the pleasure of spending my Easter morning here for brunch and all I can say is I was impressed with the quality of the food! I also can say I wish we would have stayed at this perfect boutique hotel! As a vegetarian I appreciated the fresh, organic fruit and vegetable options they had. The only thing that... More

We dinned here over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was lovely being seated outside by the pool especially with the lovely warm outside temp. The only bad part of the evening was choosing what to eat as we found the menu to be fantastic and reasonably priced. We ended up sharing a starter as well as... More

I really want to give this restaurant a better review, but there were just too many small flaws which, in aggregate, are simply not acceptable for a restaurant of this type. We had looked forward to this visit since we heard of the restaurant last year, so had high expectations... The positives: - the location is great - the ambience... More

The Viceroy Hotel's restaurant sits in this historic hotel in Palm Springs. We had not been there for over five years so looked forward to what we remembered as "the best". Our reservation made one week, in person, before was not on their books. Our wait to order cocktails was over 10 minutes and the cocktails came 30 minutes later.... More

To Victoria Three of us had dinner here in the gorgeous room adjacent to the bar...all white, cozy and ethereal...beautifully lit. The menu was not extensive but the choices were diverse, creative and inspiring. My quinoa, grapefruit, feta salad was outstanding and my Seafood s Salad with lemongrass dressing sent me over the moon it was so delicious. My husband... More

The Viceroy acquired a new chef mid-2012 and he is outstanding! The food has always been great but he has definitely stepped it up a notch. With the beautiful surroundings, this is definitely a restaurant worth visiting.

Nice energy, great new menu and if you are seated outdoors around the pool, ask for one of the tent covered "cabanas". You might even see a celebrity or two.

The setting at this restaurant is outside, near the pool. The hotel has a very hip vibe. There are a number of fun cocktails, and the menu has a nice variety. The food was very good, as was the service. I would go back.

Party of 6 with two of our own bottles of wine and looking forward to an upscale evening. Initial service was quite good with a Thesbian waiter entertaining us with his stage presence. Ambiance at night was very Hollywood/Palm Springs with the glowing pool and palm trees nearby. Could be classy setting at a daytime lunch with bikinis sharing the... More
