We love El Toro Loco - Great Mexican and Peruvian dishes, my favorite burrito is the Acapolco Burrito, Sangria is great, and my husband always orders the Bistek a la Pobre. Their Tres Leches cake is also delicious. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Enjoy!!!! More

Kind of a dive but the food and service are the best. They do this prawn soup that is unlike anything I've had before - their ceviche is worth the trip alone. They make the best Aji de Gallina (chili chicken). Their burritos are awesome too! They always have a little band playing (so bring some cash for tips) and the service is friendly and personal. Definitely wonderful neighborhood restaurant! More

Best salsa in Pacifica - try the green! Very friendly and tasty tiny place with peruvian and mexican food, with an emphasis on seafood. I'd say probably the best nachos in Pacifica. This is a great little gem tucked into the middle of Pacifica. The Peruvian dishes are scrumptous.
