After Sals' went out of business we were looking for a new Mexican restaurant in the Oxnard plain. Lots of people had lots of recommendations, and we tried them all. I grew up 26 years in Oxnard and don't know how I managed to miss this restaurant! I now live in LA and frequent the place whenever I'm in town visiting family on the weekends! Everything I've had is good but my all time favorite is the beans, rice and cheese burrito! AMAZING salsa...YAY for Montezuma! More

Great food and service always with a smile. I don't know what they put in the meat but I crave the food there. The salsa is good, chips usually hot and freshly fried.
