Typical hippie joint with good natural vittles. Taste was OK- not great- I preferred the vegan restaurant called "Hip" much better.

You don't go to Ojai to save money, of course, so you may not have to worry about the high prices at Farmer & Cook. Everything costs more because it is all "organic"—supposedly, I don't know. My veggie burger was healthy, but tasteless: not an unusual combination. I would have used some ketchup on it, but I didn't discover a...

Nothing really to add to the others great reviews, Olivia is a great cook and Steve is a great farmer. But since they changed the menu (a couple of years ago), there are not the same for me, I fill is a little expensive and the food is as exciting as it was before. We had heard many good things about this establishment, decided to give it a try this cold November morning. We actually sat outside to avoid the very cold temp on the inside. This is a no frills organic restaurant with very uninspired, but healthy dishes. The veggie burger was average, but the tortillas were great!
This place is a vegetarian's delight. Order at the counter and take a seat and the food is brought out to you.
Produce in store is fresh as is their food. Sweet potato/cheese stuffed chili rellenos are delicious. .
Was not overwhelmed by this restaurant. We had dinner and the menu changes at 5 which we didn't notice when looking at the website. The lunch menu seemed much better (the one we saw online and the reason we decided to go there). Supposed to be farm to table but the figs (which are in season now) on our flatbread...

They have a veggie burger that is so addictive I had it three days in a row. Ridiculously delicious food, cute country-store charm and lovely service. GO!
