Great little townies bar in Occidental.... Super good service & nice local spot to tip a couple of beers!!!!
The Chimay pretzel chicken was wonderful. I had the salad version for lunch. We returned later in the day and we sat at the bar where my husband enjoyed several craft beers and I had the draft Zin, very good. The service, food was excellent and the locals were the best! This place is pure fun. Great menu selections, unique choices in brews too. I love the purple haze, many different choices. Very down to earth. Great hang out and you meet some very nice people
We had a very scenic drive from Santa Rosa to Occidental. This is a small town with several places to eat! This tavern was a hit. I was in the mood for a burger and I was not disappointed! Huge, juicy, delicious, and flavorful! The fries were a heaping portion and enough to share. My husband had the Maui Maui... More
Choice of many beers throughout the world. The pretzel chicken with mashed potatoes was very good. Service was fast and friendly.
Food was good, trendy and popular beer garden type atmosphere. Not cheap, lots of goods beer on tap. Salad had lots of yummy marinated veges, which I like.Good music, bar has tv for sports if interested. Was lucky to be there before the crowds. Gets pretty noisy on the weekends.
A small. eclectic, fun and and interesting place to go whether you want to eat/drink or both! Live music on the weekends. The menu had a nice variety of items, and the beer list extensive. This is a "must visit" while visiting Occidental.
