and can you still call it BBQ when meat is not slow-cooked over wood? the meat selections are tasty and tender and sides here decent, all except the hot links, which are not homemade but store-bought schwag. Chef Edwards BBQ serves up barbecued beef, chicken, and pork, mainly oven-baked for tenderness, so it doesn't have the charcoal-smoked flavor.
