The staff are friendly at this little downtown Mexican taqueria. It fills with cops, lawyers, and locals at lunch time. It's one of the cheapest downtown options without much of a compromise in taste or quality. If you want to pay a few bucks more for a much more Napa atmosphere try Bistro Sabor next door ...
