Leaving the wife and her sisters to their own devices I stumbled into this street corner tavern for a Guinness and something to eat. The Guinness was on tap!! A real plus in my book. The cheeseburger was huge served with potato salad made with dill pickle. All was very tasty at a reasonable price.

Highly recommend this place. Service was good, food was eclectic and tasty. Several different beers on tap!

Fabulous burger and beer menu. Home made onion rings that are the best I have ever had. Service isn't that great but we really didn't care. They were apologetic for their mistakes and it wasn't a big deal

We weren't expecting much, but wow-did Goat Tavern impress us! Cozy and unpretentious, this seven table spot was just the place for a great burger, beer and chicken sandwich after a day of ski racing. And the garlic fries? I could have licked my plate clean. All that and great prices makes this a definite must visit spot.

It's great stuff! Garlicicious! Big flavors! Big portions. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Value for the price. One of the few places to find Guinness on tap in this town. The whole facility could be a LOT cleaner, but I'll be going back.

Billy Goats Tavern is excellent. Best burgers in town and really best burgers I've had anywhere. The Blue Cheese Burger is my favorite and the onion rings here are great! everything on the menu is just awesome, good food and good people.

"Handsome John" knows his beers like no other! Tell him what tastes you like and he'll choose the best microbrew from one of his numerous taps for you!!! Great place for food and drink in a rather eclectic little mountain town!
