What a great place to eat! Really good pastries sandwiches and more. Parking right outside - up to one hour - you can take your time to enjoy this really good cafe- they also have other snacks should you feel the need. Highly recommended!

We spotted this place driving past and decided it looked as if it would do a good, cheap lunch. It most certainly did! I had a small salads Nicoise and my husband had a chef's salad with chicken. The food was really good and flavoursome! My husband then had a custard brioche and coffee. All for under $18! I have... More

My fiance and I went here for lunch. I ordered a pesto chicken panini and my fiance ordered a BLT. Both were amazing! His BLT was probably the biggest one I've ever seen. Also the prices were great considering we were in Monterey. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a couple pastries for breakfast and some coffee from here. Coffee was very good. I had a chocolate filled croissant that they heated for me. Perfectly flakey and chocolatey throughout. Loved it. Then I had a Almond Croissant...not sure how it was supposed to be texture wise but it was like it wasn't cooked in the center. The flavor... More

This was excellent value and I almost wanted to buy everything. I had the apricot croissant. I have been chasing the perfect apricot croissant since my trip to Paris. This bakery did not disappoint me. I honestly could have picked anything I think it would be good. It was definitely loved by the locals which is the hallmark of a... More

into each delectable offering of heavenly confection at Paris bakery. So many pastries, breads, savories and sweets. There is an uncanny 'smell-o-factor' that somehow puts forward the freshest smell of each possible choice pointed to, right at the moment identity is made...cheese bread in my nostrils, as the loaf is sliced, quiche lorraine swiss, ham & cheese croissant butter, which... really nice place for a coffee and croissant if you don't want a cooked breakfast at your hotel. the pastries were an absolute work of art, and loads on display, the breads looked fresh and crusty and gorgeous. bread and cinnamon sticks to go were great to have as nibbles in the car for long journeys. if you stay and... We called in for mid morning coffee but had to go back for lunch and breakfast the following morning. This cafe made our Monterey visit and put a big smile on our faces every visit. You do not have to go posh or expensive to get great service and food. Obviously much loved by the locals and enjoyed by us... More

Quiche, chocolate & banana croissant, espresso - done, done and done. My girlfriend and I love Paris Bakery and can't rave enough about how good everything is. It's one of our must hit up spots every time we're in Monterey!

We had breakfast each morning in the Paris Bakery during our holiday in Monterey. It was a great little bakery with lovely breads and pastries - the almond croissants were amongst the best we have eaten outside of Paris, France. So highly recommended for a simple, tasty and good value breakfast.
