It looks a bit like a remodeled chain Mexican restaurant but the food was actually very good. The enchiladas suisse were delicious and the drinks menu had a great selection. Definitely a bit loud for a monday night so it isn't a place to have a quiet intimate conversation but the food was top notch. More

Coming from the Uk where Mexican restaurants are mostly preheated packet meals, I was blown away by the food here. We ate here three nights of our four night stay, and had the quesadillas 2 of these because they were so yummy, good service and really good value for money. Waitors in the US are so much more polite than... More

Arrived at LAX last Friday morning and after several months of little sunshine in Vancouver we just wanted to get near a beach to catch some rays and have lunch. We were looking for a place for a margarita, some Mexican food and a little off the beaten path (6 blocks from the beach). We talked to several locals and... More

Great mexican restaurant. Good adult atmosphere for adult fun but it was loud enough that we could bring the kids and have fun too (by not constantly shushing the kids). Good food too, good chips. More

Go go go. The food is good, the lunch servings are huge. We each ordered a tamale as an appetizer. Wonderful. We could have split a burrito. Sorry, I can't comment on the drinks, they looked good. We didn't imbibe. More

Every time I come back to the Marina, I always have to go to this hole in the wall! Amazing drinks, great food, fun place for friends to hang out. Never a disappointment! Parking can be a nightmare, so it's best to go at off times; or if you're lucky enough to know someone who lives in the area, park... More

My vegetarian husband and I were in Marina Del Rey and wanted something simple and quick. Baja Cantina was a short walk from the hotel the menu looked fine. The food was actually very very good - although the interior of the place looks a bit worn out. It was very dark inside, and not many people. The place has... More

Very nice restaurant, ambiance and prompt service. The food was excellent (especially bacon wrapped prawns) with an adequate price tag. More
