Haven't been to the new location (a jinx if you ask me) but the old location was very warm, hopefully he recreated this at new location. Food is always outstanding, a little on the rich side. 3 gals hit the town on a Wednesday night and had a great time. One had scallops, one had a seafood stew, and one of us had pork. All of us enjoyed the food immensely! We ate on the patio at sunset and it was beautiful as well as outstanding food. I would heartily recommend nick's!
This is one of my favorite restaurants ...period. I know people come to the restaurant from out of town. In Mid January they closed this restaurant and combined it with their other restaurant, Nick's Next Door. The food there is great too, but I digress... They no longer serve lunch... Probably our 4th visit in the last two years, this is the restaurant we'd eat at every week if we could. Tables are a little crowded and it can be a bit noisy, but it feels like home. The food is superb and we've never had a bad experience (who knew pork bellies were so good?). The service is good...

You know you are probably off to a good start when the first person you see when you walk in the door is Nick, himself, who greets you and seats you for your 8 PM reservation on a Friday night even though the place was packed including the outdoor seating area...
