Took the wife and kids for Father's Day. The hip and trendy aspect of the place was lost on the kids. The food is good. Not amazing. The service is really good. And it's priced right for that style of restaurant. It is very loud. The highlight is the sweets and treats. These are outstanding and very good.

Having been to italy, this food definitely took me back. It's simplistic, yet sophisticated, yet incredible flavors. I was not dissapointed. I went with a few friends on Saturday night and was told the wait was an hour but we were seated in less than 1/2 an hour. We tried their Burrata pizza, Trenne pasta, Modena salad, ceviche, truffled mashed... More

I felt like in Europe. Trendy, Fashionable. A must if you are around. I had a nice breakfast with Parfait with fruits: excellent. Coffee also very European. My wife ordered salmon and bagel, which also was very tasteful. If you want to see pretty people taking care of customers, this place has chosen everybody from modeling agencies!!!!

Probably one of my favorite restaurants in all of Los Angeles. The service was great as well as the food. The atmosphere is surreal: the tall vaulted ceilings really create a large space and the sounds just permeates throughout. Great Italian food with an exposed kitchen. I love it. I just wish you can make reservations. Since you can't, get... More

Brunch 12pm on 6/9: beignets, potato pancake, french toast & a club sandwich. YUM YUM! 4 thumbs up. Late lunch/early dinner 4pm on 6/8: lasagna, pepperoni pizza & chocolate lava cake. Dessert was to die for! To Go: 3 boxes of assorted macaroons. 1 for me, mother & BFF. Rose is my favorite! Hopefully the 2 additional boxes make it... More

I went as a last minute trip with two of my girlfriends because we heard several positive reviews. It seems to always be packed but service is fairly quick. Very lovely looking desserts and very delicious! In total we took home about ten different desserts for ourselves and families, everyone enjoyed them! It is a bit pricy but definitely worth... More

We went there with 5 people and were seated at a round table. Service and food were just OK. But the noise level was as if you were having dinner at a runway --- so don't go there if you want to talk during your dinner :-( In other countries this place would be shut down by the confraternity to... It's loud, don't fool yourself but always the best service and great, great food. Don't miss the Portobello Mushroom fries.

Went for lunch...same menu as dinner...very cavernous and classy, but noisy. Lobster soup was a bit lacking flavor, but the short ribs and polenta dazzled and the shrimp scampi was good, but needed oomph (garlic?). KILLER fried portobello mushroom sticks...very cleverly done and superbly tasty too. Desserts looked wicked. Settled for a couple macaroons which were moist and tasty...esp. salted... More

I only spent 10 minutes at Bottega Louie selecting pastries to go and cannot wait to return to enjoy a meal here! It will be hard not to order just desserts since there are so many tempting options. Everything looked so perfect and tempting I was so overwhelmed that all I can say was I felt like a kid in... More
