Nice, quiet, comfy escape for a drink or two and some good conversation or the game on TV. The service is quick and friendly. The bar is well-stocked, and the prices are L.A. reasonable.

We are on a trip to USC for the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, and stayed at the Radisson across the street. McKays Restaurant was next door so we went for a nice dinner, or so we thought. Ate at the bar because the restaurant was closed. Had a great steak salad that I'd order again. Very attentive and friendly bartender. Great experience.

I can't speak for other meals, but I found the breakfasts to be reasonably priced, plentiful, and tasty. The fruit was fresh.
