We ate at Puesto last night we found it and decided to go there base on the many positive TripAdvisor reviews.
The food was really good and very fresh, not your typical greasy tacos covered in canned salsa and processed cheese. The service was good and they have a fun atmosphere.
We will definetly visit there again on our next...

A little unusual with great tasting food. Grab a quick bite during lunch, or a late snack. The flavors are different than most mexican restaurants.

we were running late & stopped in for tacos prior to a musical event. Menu was a bit confusing, but food delicious ( & messy) but an unexpected dinner for LJ.

You know you can go to Puesto Mexican Street Food for a reliable meal. Very affordable and good service. I especially like the fajitas.

We read about Puesto on tripadvisor prior to our vacation and tried the restaurant based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! All the produce is fresh and the coolers are clear so they can display the freshness. Everything, including the tortillas, are made fresh in front of you. It was delicious! A very good mexican place which i would suggest worth trying if you happen to visit La Jolla. Quick service, healthy food(lot of exotic veggies) and tacos were the best.
