Very good. Nice. Food is good and service great. All was great!!! Food fresh and with many choices. Beautiful restaurant with good views of property.

In 6 times as guests at Bacara, we always count on several meals at The Bistro. When weather permits, we enjoy seating on the patio with direct views of the ocean. The food is always superb, and the service is attentive.

If you're not staying at the Bacara, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. If you're stuck at the Bacara, eat your dinner at Miro, or leave the resort. Breakfasts are bad, and service is very inefficient.

The outdoor patio at the Bistro is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely brunch. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious and the perfect way to start the day.

Unexpectedly excellent meal. This was the highlight of our recent stay at the Bacara resort. Make sure you can get a seat outside overlooking the ocean. Inventive and creative dishes were each better than expected and the service was great. Highly recommended.

The waitstaff is completely clueless as to customer service or what is on their menus. They not only got our meals wrong, but we never received the drinks ordered. It was by far the most frustrating experience ever encountered.

I had lots of special requests and they were able to totally satisfy me. The food still tasted delicious even though I asked for many substitutions. They aim to please. The wines offered by the glass vary from those at Bacara Bar which was also nice. This enabled us to try more wines. .

The otdoor patio is amazing - the food was fresh elegantly prepared and very healthy. Menu sound more complicated than the main course actually is. Once seated, expect to wait for everything. The service was slow and no one really that you could connect with to speed things up. Beautiful view of the ocean.
