Excellent choices in wine and the sandwiches were wonderful! I loved the feel of a candle lit mountain lodge the restaurant provided.

An option for those staying at the Wawona Hotel as the food and service was very good. Great dining experience last night: excellent service, great food. We sat in the back of the restaurant at a window, which gave a "treehouse" effrect--neat! We liked it so much we're going back tonight. Very helpful with food allergy.

The food and service is always exemplary! My husband and I always like going there for dinner when we feel like being pampered for a couple of hours while indulging and enjoying a nice relaxing meal.

We stayed at the Inn and ate here one night. The food was excellent with interesting choices. There was also a good choice of wines. It had a really nice atmosphere.

You won't have the most sophisticated dining experience at the Narrow Gauge Inn but the place has charm and cosiness, the menu is nice if not adventurous and the service is warm. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

A surprise meal awaited us in this small but unique restaurant attached to the hotel/motel. Wonderful food and the breakfast was very good.
