Salt Creek Grill offers comfort food in a pleasant setting just off Pacific Coast Highway. The furniture indoors is mission style and quite unique. That said, I prefer to sit outside. The food isn't distinctive, but is well prepared.

It was a quiet weekday night, rather late, so we had our choice of tables and the service was very attentive. We split the wedge salad and the half-chicken: enough for both of us... and enjoyed a nice glass of wine too. Reasonable prices. We'd definitely return when we are in the area.

Quality food, good service. Some wonderful old home-cooked meal options. Good bread. Yummy drinks. Lobster bisque is dreamy. A bit expensive.

A lovely Valentine's Dinner! They know how to do right! Spaghetti squash and Ricotta Ravioli ...yum!Warm fresh bread was served with garlic butter drizzle. Rib eye was cooked to perfection. We come here most often for their weekend Lunch/Brunch but have been here for dinner and their happy hour and highly recommend it all. The service is always consistenly good. We followed the advice of others on TA and enjoyed this restaurant. It was January, mid-week so no trouble getting in, but we had a reservation through urbanspoon (on the SCG website) so got a free dessert. The portions are big so we had to bring half home for another day.
