Last time we went it was a for group for an Xmas meal. This time it was just the two of for a lunch. Menu was limited, but more than adequate. Food was excellent, Meat well cooked, vegatables fresh, staff great. Will be making it our go to local restaurant for english food.

We visited Grants as a family of 5. Excellent food and service. It's lovely to eat out and have 'proper' home cooked food with vegetables ! Staff very friendly and very welcoming to children. Would highly recommend this restaurant to all.

A meal at this little little restaurant this Saturday did not disappoint. For a large party the staff did extremely well serving the food, which was hot with plenty of vegetables to share. All the party commented favourably on their choice.

We went as a party of about 15 for a Christmas meal - food was superb, staff were great. Ages ranged from 20 to 70 yet everyone enjoyed it.

It's a very nice intimate restaurant for special occasions, food is always good staff very helpful and friendly, although a bit expensive for everyday meals

My parents decided to take myself and girlfriend for a meal for my birthday as they love it.. Upon entering we got a warm welcome and taken to our table.. Les has done a fab job with this place -- great food and great all round experience - maybe a little pricey - but worth it -- eaten here several times and never had a bad experience!!

I went there tonight with 6 family members. First class service,and mouth watering food, cooked to perfection. One of the nicest restaurants I have ever been to. Ideal for small intimate meals as for larger parties. Top class, thank you.
