Receiving only the recommendations of Trip Advisor’s reviewers, we visited here on Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. The place is located on a side street just off the main road on the waterfront where there’s plenty of parking. The place was relatively quiet. It’s simply furnished, white-painted interior stone walls and you feel like you’re entering Naples as you... More

I absolutely love this place ever since my first visit and I make an excuse to go there upon each visit to Monkstown. Without doubt the finest coffee I've tasted in Cork and the best lemon cake I've ever had. Have yet to experience their take on lunch but its on the to-do list. Have sampled the tomato and basil... Napoli serve the most amazing lemon cake, I always bring friends to try it and they fall in love. The coffee is also outstanding. Great service and such a pretty location!

We got the baguette and lasagne for lunch. And it was great in taste, and service. Freshly made lasagne like in Napoli. We will back

Heard great reports about this small restaurant in Monkstown for Friday dinner and it didn’t disappoint. We booked well in advance as advised as they only offer the set dinner menu on Friday evenings. The food was absolutely delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It is also great value at just €25 and there is a good selection of... More

Truly authentic Italian cuisine where you might not expect to find it. We had a delicious lunch of generous portion and very reasonable price. The atmosphere was pleasant and while it was our first visit it does seem to be a meeting place for locals. Coffee was outstanding and the cakes were very nice ( according to my 13 year... More

This is simply one of the best cafe/deli's in the country. No pretensions here and the food, pastries and coffee are sublime. Great to be able to buy the meats and cheeses from the deli and savour the fantastic taste of genuine Italian ingredients. Do yourself a favour and pop in after a walk along the harbour.

We live in monkstown, and had been meaning to go to Napoli for Friday night wine and tapas, what a lovely intimate evening. Really simple, well cooked and v tasty but most importantly, authentic Italian. Started with misto bruschetta which was yummy, and then we hit the specials, the Auvergne sliced Parmesan bake dish was outstanding! Couple this with a... More

Wow. What a gem. An authentic piece of Italy in Cork. The food here is AMAZING. The guys here are so accomodating. Lovely lasagne, tasty anti pasti. The cakes are to DIE for. The Almalfi Lemon cake is like nothing we ever tasted. Definitely will be back. Only wish we had a similar place in Dublin.
