We had tried a few highly rated eateries in Sedona and had a bunch of near misses....okay but not great food. This cafe was great. We had the breakfast special and the lunch special (trout).

This place is AWESOME. We eat here every time we are in Sedona and it never fails to impress. Not only is the food exceptional, but the service is exceptional. If you go, you must try the Maui Waui French Toast. AWESOME!!!

The concierge at our resort recommended Red Rock Cafe as great American-style eating. We were not disappointed. Food was excellent. Service was VERY good. The ambience was just fine for a western, vacation, all-American breakfast with friends. There are several great breakfast spots in Sedona and Red Rock Cafe is one of the best!

Excellent small breakfast place. May have to wait. But worth it. Great food - from omlets to hervos rancharos to the 10" cinniamon rolls. Get one for the table to share- was definately worth it.
