My salmon salad (yes there are things other than meat) was excellent. Service was superb. Long time Phoenicians know this old time (but new) restaurant.
Kathy was our waitress. She loves her job! We really enjoyed this place. Wonderful steak, the vegetable medley that was served right when you sat down was a nice touch. The bread was outstanding as well as the smoked chicken/rice soup. The best of course was the steak. Would definitely come back!
Great meal, great drinks, and great service. Come hungry and leave full. Staff was attentive and friendly. Menu options were solid.
The Stockyards Steak and seafood Ambiance- 3.5 old rustic feel. Not bad. Presentation- 3.5 garnishment on every plate . Decent. Presentable Taste- 7/10 Desert saved the day. Entrée was just ok. Nothing too exciting. Good food , not great. Value- 5/5 $56 meal for $40 is a good value. Big servings. 19/25

Not bad. Not as good as I remember from seeral years ago, but it was worth a try aain on a recent trip. Prime rib was ordered med rare and it came out more towards med. The server apologized and was ready to replace it but I was not ready to hold up the dinner party and consumed it as... More
After reading the excellent reviews we had dinner here on our overnight stay in Phoenix. Maybe we just had an off night - the food was average and our waitress, while attentive was not overly friendly. Seeing this restaurant is not too far from the airport it must get tourists, business people, etc. so a little more friendliness would have... More
