Blue Adobe is a fantastic restaurant. They always provide attentive service and amazing food. The roasted salsa is the best I've ever tasted.

This was our first time to eat here, we asked the waitress for recommendations, she pulled out a chair, sit down and pointed out their specialties and told us what she liked. The salsa is probably the best I have had, nice smoky and spicy flavor. We had the Carne Adovada and I added a Chille Rellino with Tenderloin. Both...

Popular eatery offers varied and fresh menu. Pleasant presentation, not mass produced. Hamburger is specially priced on Wednesday. Maybe the best hamburger I've ever had down to the bun.
We have been here a few times now and plan to come back any time we are in the Phoenix area. It is worth the drive from Scottsdale, even though there is now a Blue Adobe Grille there (we have been to both). The New Mexican style cuisine is delicious, the service is great, prices are reasonable, and the decor...

The first time I ate here, I ordered the chimichanga -- good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The second time, I tried the daily special -- it's always 10 bucks. Excellent! A different special every night, except on Sundays when you can choose your favorite. Now that is a good deal. If you order something that happens to be...

spicey... everything here is spicey.... and uniquely flavoured.... restaurant sells itself as New Mexican, which it certainly uses New Mexican spices in their food. And loving New Mexican cuisine that made it a must stop for this foodie.... and like in New Mexico everyone does something a little different with red and green chili's of New Mexico. Enjoyed the spicey...

We ate at the Blue Adobe Sante Fe Grille on a recommendation of a hotel concierge. My husband had a beer and I had a skinny margarita. He had chicken enchiladas and I had vegetable enchiladas and we both had half green chili sauce and half red sauce. The enchiladas were okay but definitely could have had way more sauce...

I'll be brief. Went here with some friends, and had to ask to be waited on. Got water. Then chips. Chips long gone, no one to take our order. Finally forcibly got a waiter and placed order. Took forever and I took mine to go. Mediocrity at a snail's pace. Who need that?
We ate here based on other trip advisor recommendations! We were not disappointed. Salsa & chips were excellent! They call their food "New Mexico style." The salsa was a little darker than most and had a punch to it. Then our entrees included chimichangas, tamales, enchiladas. None of my family was disappointed!! The portions were plentiful. The staff was very...

We live within 15 miles of this restaurant and make a point to visit at least a few times a year. Although Mexican restaurants are abundant in this area of the country, this is the only New Mexican cuisine restaurant that I am aware of. What always draws us back? 1.) Consistently great service: seated quickly, menus brought to the...
