Wombles is our favourite restaurant to go to especially for a special occasion. We've never had a bad meal and the staff and service is excellent.

The meat here is stupendous. Excellent service, ambiance and food. There is nothing bad to say - an all round wonderful expereince. Good wine seelction too. Definitely going back.

My husband and I ate here and loved the experience. He had game meat and loved it. There is a charming ambiance in this restaurant. They have a boma fire pit outside. It was a lovely way to integrate ourselves into the African atmosphere on our first night in Africa prior to setting out on a photo safari!

We liked this restaurant in Parktown, Johannesburg. A first class steakhouse, but with a wide range of dishes on the menu and excellent wines. We enjoyed the crocodile carpacio and springbok shanks, and the good service by plentiful staff.
