We took some visitors from England to Cubtata and they loved it so much we had to go back a few days later. Get there early on a Saturday otherwise you might be disappointed and have to wait for a table. The ribs and chips never disappoint. Well worth a visit.

You wouldn't just drive by or maybe even notice Cubata as a tourist, many of the locals don't know of this hidden gem, they only find out by word of mouth. Cubata is near to the new stadium in PE, an area you maybe wouldn't visit as a tourist but your car is kept safe by the usual car guard.... More

We have been many times to Portugal and now, being around, I can say that this restaurant gives the real Portuguese atmosphere! Chicken Piripiri was fabulous as well as the prawns. As they do not sell alcool, do not forget to bring with you what you like! We will be back, for sure more than once!

Great food, especially if you have big appetite. The building is very basic but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. You have to take your own drinks with you. Great night out!!!

This is a very unusual restaurant. You take your own drinks and you share your long bench tables with other people. It is a lot of fun and you get to enjoy platters of prawns, ribs and chicken pieces that you will not find anywhere else. The quality of the food is exceptional. Prepare for a long evening!

Be sure to visit. Shrimp, ribs and chicken - it really is all you need for a delicious meal + atmosphere. Table book or necessarily will have to queue.
