We ate at Sancho's twice during our stay in Manuel Antonio because it was so good we had to go back. The fish tacos and wet burritos were amazing!!! Excellent food and very fresh. The homemade chips and guacamole were to die for and Marshall the owner was so warm and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are... More

Sancho's was right by the bus stop we got on and off at every day in MA. For the first 4 days of our stay we commented every time, "We really should eat there one of these times". Well, we finally got around to it toward the end of our stay and what a treat it was! The owner was... More

We found Sancho's on a very rainy night. The kids were hungry and we were looking to find something that was not a tourist trap. The food was fresh, prepared to order. They made their own chips....yum! The portions were huge! The owner was great and friendly. Service was fast. Prices were inexpensive. We wish we had found it earlier in... More

We were at Sanchos last week while staying in the area. I ordered the Mahi Mahi fish tacos which were amazing. The meal came with 2 (or you could choose 3) Mahi Mahi fish tacos, rice and beans. It was very filling and deelish! My boyfriend ordered the wet burrito and it was massive and also did not disappoint. He... More

It is cheap, It is delicious, They are insanely nice, and it is soooooo sooooo good. I don't know what it is - great menu and great options. I had all the combo plates and the tacos and tried almost everything. You will be missing out on the best experience in town if you don't check it out.

We popped in here for a quick dinner one night, and were pleasantly surprised! It's a Mexican-style restaurant run by an American who knows how to cook simple, delicious, filling food. We ordered chips and salsa, the salsa very fresh and with a kick. Then I ordered the enchilada plate (2 chicken, 2 cheese) that were filling and savory. My... More

I only wish I had found Sancho's before my last day in Manuel Antonio. I had the enchilada plate and it was wonderful. The rice and beans were the best I've had in years (I grew up in Texas so I know good Mexican food). My husband had the fish tacos and said they were outstanding. The prices were incredibly... More

Popped in for a quick lunch - was really pleased with the food (quantity, quality, price and taste were all great). The green sauce was really delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Only draw-back is that the restaurant is about 2 feet from the main road, so you have the noise and exhaust from the cars. But other than that,... More
