This is a quick place to get baked goods. They are located on the main street in Jaco. They have a large selection and they are reasonably priced .
We stopped in Saturday around 6pm. We just had dinner & wanted a Tico dessert. We split a tres leches & 2 coffees. Nothing to write home about. Has better in the states. The location is right off the main strip in Jaco, I also noticed they sell foods that looked good. Might try it again.
We are staying in Herradura. Have stopped in Pachi's twice for pastries. My kids loved the churros filled with creme or carmel. Very good cinnamon rolls and glazed croissants as well. If you are looking for a quick place to grab some breakfast pastries, this is a good choice. They also have a lot of good looking breads, but we... More
The bakery is on the main road into Jaco. We were looking for a quick bite to eat before hitting the beach. We ordered the pollo parcels and carne empanadas. They both didn't look too good but we didn't mind since it was cheap and quick. Unfortunately I ended up having 2 days of food poisoning from the chicken. I... More
This bakery and restaurant is consistently busy, and with good reason. Right in the middle of the main strip in Jaco it is easily accessible from all parts of town, and it well worth it. Churros are a staple, but if you want to step away from the sugar, there is a multitude of other treats available from both Costa... More
Delicious sweet rolls but don't ask any questions of anyone behind the counters. They have no patience with tourists and seem to prefer the surfer crowd. Their rudeness kind of ruined the atmosphere which made the food not taste as good as it should. It reminded me of the Seinfeld episode of the Soup Nazi...NO SWEET ROLL FOR YOU!!
This is a great place to go for something cheap and tasty to take to the beach. We got a bunch of churros, cheese breads, and pinnaple upside down cake slices for under $8. Make sure to get the tres leeches cake it is out of this world!
Great selection of pastries. Very good cinnamon buns and donuts. Friendly staff. Some seating. Very reasonable prices.
Excellent baked goods. The chocolate cake was moist and rich. be sure to try the carmelo pastry! Very reasonable prices.
