I've been back to this chain several times and keep wondering why I repeat the same mistakes of giving it another chance. The dumplings are not good since it is so important that the skin of the soup dumplings are delicate...theirs are tough and dry. Skip the long line and try a less discovered place. More

This is a must visit restaurant in a very touristy area. The dumplings are average, but good. If you stand in the line downstairs the dumplings are cheaper. If you want to have a seat without waiting too long, try going during 3pm to 4pm. No need to go up to the more expensive level. The 2nd cheaper level queue will move very fast. More

Don't line up downstairs where everyone else is cueing to get takeaway/take-out, look for the doorway with stairs leading up to the restaurant. We went around 2pm and were seated straight away.
