Cloud 9 is on floor 87, or 87.5 if you take the steps up to the bar area. With no cover charge on the Thursday and Friday when we visited with friends it is an excellent place to take in the view in the evening whilst sipping a cocktail in a very classy, dark environment (so dark you can't see...

Besides the view, which was fantastic; I do not know what make me like this bar so much, but I did. I felt really well and the drinks were good - also they gave me a very good table to enjoy the view since I came alone. Will go there again!

My favourite place for a late night cocktail. It's one of Shanghai's best highlights and the cocktails are really good! Great view of Shanghai!!
