You can't do what you want just beacuse you are popular.
Had to wait for 30 plus minutes to get in, not even a proper waiting area(we are made to sit on the road side).
Once we got in, the dinning area was a total mess, no proper cleaning done horrible Air conditioning.
Coming to food, it was the worst...

just becoz it has its popularity and freq customers they dont quite bother about foreigners and new comers. their idlis are not all so very great and you have to pay extra for the "podi". the waiters are very rude and unhelpful. takes a good 30mins before we could even get our meal even...

Yes, when this chain started their first shop in T. Nagar it was talk of the town and one could get the best idlis in town! However, over the years surely the quality has deteriorated. The place also looks run down. The best part may be that it is open till late in the night.
