Nothing particularly wrong with the Bocas Super Gourmet, just the one in Panama City is great the Bocas one is a bit grubby. The prices are high which I can understand but you can get most of the same stuff in any of the supermarkets in town for the same or less money..although they are definitely more unappealing aesthetically

We really were happy to find this shop which had a wide selection of the types of things we were interested in. It is at the end of main street, near the ferry pier and had good hours and helpful clerks.

We stumbled upon this and were so impressed with the selection of food items. We bought the curry devil eggs, seaweed salad and chocolate cake and ate it outside at a picnic table. All was good but the cake was to die for!

Offers upscale selection from the market norm in Bocas Town. The owner has a business in Panama City too buts enjoys bring quality food to Bocas Town Too.

We went into a few typical markets in Bocas, but this one definitely catered to those looking for something a little more specific. They had everything from a small deli in the back to gourmet chocolate, gluten-free choices and additional health food options. I came a couple of times to the gourmet supermarket to get some fresh made salads. They are an easy and healthy take away option!
