This great bakery is owned by Carlyle Grand Cafe (also reviewed) and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Be prepared...the lines can be out the door, but they move pretty quickly. Everything I have eaten from here - from the sandwiches (chicken salad is great) to the breads (try the challah on Fridays) to the sweets (lemon Bundt, yum!) is just delicious. The service is friendly too. More

Their baguette and epi breads are delicious and match any good French boulangerie. I ask for the well-cooked breads cause like the bread crispy. Sandwiches/salads are also good but a bit pricey. The sweets, breads, and breakfast foods are very fresh and tasty. The prices are a little bit high, but by the line out of the door on the weekend mornings, it is clear that this place justifies the price. More
