So if you're looking for basic Irish Pub, this is it. I had the fish and chips. The fish was perfectly cooked, not mushy. The Guinness was the right temperature and poured well. This is in a business visitor area, not too far from the pentagon, so I wonder how much local traffic they get. It's also across from the...

This was a great spot to grab a quick pub meal and a few pints of good quality draft beer after a long journey.
Don't expect the genuine Irish country style pub, this is a spray painted out of the box "Irish pub", with anything other than Irish craic from the waiting staff. But the food is good and the...

Our server was great. Helpful, told us about many of the menu items when we asked. Kept my water glass full. I got a seafood soup special they had. IT WAS AMAZING.
I then got the bangers and mash (sausage and mashed potatos) which was okay. The gravy wasn't very good and given they smother it over the whole dish...

While Irish fare generally gets a bad rap, the offerings at this establishment live up to that unfortunate label. Went here last week for a mid afternoon meeting with our insurance broker and providers. While we normally do lunch, due to schedule constraints we decided an after lunch 'pre happy hour' would meet our needs. We opted for beverages and...

Sine's has good food and good service. It's one of the few places in the area that's not a chain, so it's nice for the area. They have an area towards the back with a bar they may be able to reserve if you have a large group.

No atomosphere, all Hype. For someone who ahs been to a lot of real Irish Pubs, all over Ireland and Northern Ireland, this poser is a disappointment. The food is below average. O'Connells in Old Town Alexandria is much better. Avoid Sine's.

My wife and I thought that this was a nice bar/restaurant. They had a pub style atmosphere that we enjoy. We had a few drinks, and I had to try their shepherds pie. It was pretty good, so I had another order of to make sure. I was right, it was pretty good.

My wife was drinking Bloody Marys which had little to no alcohol. She stopped. I enjoyed a guinness, then a harp, then I asked two different waitresses for refills and was ignored. So I ignored them for the rest if the night.
I ordered bangers and mash. This is the perfect thing to order if you want bland, flavorless, and...

I've been to this pub many times .. and will rate based upon those experiences as a whole. The pub has a rustic wood feel to it and is generally loud with any crowding, which happens frequently given its high-density location. The food is okay - not great, not bad - and usually authentic. However the quality isn't consistent. I've...
