Lively space, verging on over crowded. Service was okay as well as the food. More

The Happy Hour was as good as noted by others. Excellent selection of beers and appetizers. Dinner was excellent as were the deserts. Service was also top notch. The only minor negative is that the tables are quite close together, so private conversations are out of the question. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this fine restaurant. More

Owned by the same folks as Liberty Tavern and North Side Social. Much more European influence on the menu with sausages, beers, etc. Not as nice atmosphere as Liberty Tavern upstairs dining room but still pretty nice. Not stuffy at all. Very fresh ingredients. More

back in DC on a business trip, except I am really in Arlington, with which I am not all that familiar, so I looked up places to eat and came up with Lyon. Had a reservation but waited 45 min for a table for four. The manager and hostess were apologetic and provided a small cheese tray free of charge. The place is one big room with a half wall separating the bar from the dining room so the noise level is pretty high and the music selection and volume is not condusive... More

This bistro-type restaurant has become one of our go to places. While clearly attracting big bar trade with long beer and wine lists, the food is the draw for us. It is specializing in the Alsatian homemade sausage and kraut and the Belgian mussels and frites cuisine, but it all feels very modern American with attention to fresh and innovative.... More
