We went to the location on 620. Amazing tacos. The bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast taco was fabulous. Definitely worth a return trip.

Torchy's has a multitude of locations around Austin...and they are all delicious! My favorite is the Baja shrimp taco with extra pickled onions. It's light and refreshing if a taco could be called refreshing that is... The queso and chips is a must while you wait for your taco to be freshly made.
They also have monthly special taco's...specially created...

Went to Torchy's on a visit to Austin with my best friends. I had the fried avocado taco, and the baja shrimp tacos. The former was worse than the latter, but both were unique and truly great. I wish there were something like it around where I live so that I could try all the other interesting combinations offered. On...

We ate at the Torchy's on Guadalupe. The food is amazing, but food is so much more enjoyable if you have somewhere to sit and eat it. Luckily an outdoor table opened up. We actually came back for the lunch after having dinner here. Lots of options and not your normal taco-stand fare. The corn was delicious (though i think having more of that sauce would have been a small improvement). The food was fairly spicy (for me), too, so keep that in mind. Service was also good.

Though not on the menu for May, I asked for the Ace of Spades - Grilled Jalapeno Sausage, Smoked Brisket, Fried Egg, Shredded Cheese, Green Chile Queso, Cilantro, Queso Fresco, Sour Cream, Diablo Sauce. I believe it was the Taco of the Month in March ...... no matter as they took my order and WOW ..... one of the best...

Upon our arrival to the food truck, there was plenty of free water (not the case with all food trucks in the area) which we happily drank while reading the menu. It was a very difficult decision--there wasn't a single taco that sounded not-tasty. I went with the dirty sanchez--a hand...

Had the Crossroads taco - it was delicious and everything tasted so fresh. It's also a reasonable portion; I should have ordered chips and salsa - there was plenty of room for a side. There was a bit of a line for ordering, but it moved pretty fast.
