Some good authentic Mexican food, hidden away next to Target, Mariachi on the weekends, worth the visit
Well just got back from Azul Tquila, its been a good place for me and the wife to visit for dinner, this time round celebrating my sons 21's birthday, the service was just ok, the food was cold, and make sure you watch your bill we got stiffed for a $20 gratuity tip even though there was only 4 of...

I would be very careful of this place. In my opinion, the manager is a psychopath. The wait staff is very rude. The food is like slop on a place and the prices are very expensive!!
Food was fine - but certainly would not be my first choice given all of the excellent Mexican food restaurants. Margarita was tasty, but a little pricey. Most important, the amount charged to my credit card was changed after I left, because the waitress had made a "mistake" on what she charged and so she had to add $1 to...

The location is somewhat unappealing, being in an older strip mall near major traffic thoroughfares. On the plus side, there is plenty of parking. First impressions are usually important and our impression as we entered was one of "Whoa, this place really smells bad!" But we were there so we headed past the non-descript tables and booths to the small...

This nice little restaurant has much more interesting cuisine than one would guess from its bland setting and location in a strip shopping center. My favorites have been their nice variations on chile rellenos. My experimentation with less familiar central Mexican dishes has yielded variable degrees of satisfaction, but I feel like it has been more from my own Tex-Mex...

Took out of town family here for a nice "interior Mexico" meal at my favorite Mexican restaurant. We had a "stuffed casadia" which was a different and delicious appetizer. The Margaritas were also outstanding. Main courses were two fish dishes, both in well prepared and executed sauces, a wonderful chicken in mole sauce and tacos.
My common experience in many...

I have been in Austin a year and have tried 6 - 8 different Mexican restaurants. I seem to have returned here the most because the consistently and food are very good. They have what many of the other Mexican restaurants have but they also have excellent Interior Mexican dishes, which is what I always get. I think there mole...

The red and green mole are great here.! It's in a strip mall next to Target. Nothing really fancy but everything we have had their is good! Sunday big blue margarita is a bargin. Never had any room left to try a desert. Highly recommend
Tucked into a south Austin Target shopping center, location is its weakest point. Loud and crowded at mealtimes, conversation is impossible when the mariachi band starts. The horns can be ear-piercing if played near your table, but the music is lively and enjoyable. The enchiladas were very good, marinated pork was trender and juicy with a wonderful flavor, homemade corn...
