great wine selection! staff is friendly, pizzas are delicious. the apple with gorgonzola is sooo good! that with a little salad and a bottle of wine is a perfect date night outside when the weather is nice! i believe that on mondays, you get a free pizza with a bottle of wine.

Casual, good sound track, great service, very, very relaxing after a hectic day of meetings. Wine selection good with easy to understand flights. Not high end, but no stuffy...will be back tomorrow for sure.

A girlfriend and I tried this spot because of the ½ price wine night. The wine was good and a good deal. I had the special: risotto with braised pork and peas. The risotto was cooked correctly yet the pork made the dish way too salty… my friend had the chicken with truffle sauce or oil and she liked it.... More

They have great flat bread there that pairs well with a good wine selection. Very helpful with the selections and helped us find the right bottle. Two wine snobs from California were able to find a reasonably priced bottle of California pinot and had a great time sitting outside watching people.

This cozy, intimate restaurant in downtown Austin has a terrific menu with options that should satisfy every appetite. The wine menu is huge and, if you order the right wine bottle, the waiter will climb the library ladder to retrieve it before serving it to you. Wine list includes creatively designed wine flights and tastings. Every dinner my family ordered,... More

Stopped in here before a concert at the Moody Theater and was pleased with the service and selection. In Fact I had one of the best wines I have ever tasted in my life, Bressan Ribolla Nera, Schiopettino IGT'06, the bouquet was intriguing and the wine was simply wonderful. It was the third taste in a flight from Italy. We... More

I had the charcuterie plate and both the cabernet and "sexy" wine flights. The flavors on the charcuterie were a great compliment to the bold wines on the two tastings. The sexy included an Austrian Zweigelt, a Chateau neuf, and a crazy good Merlot. The service was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the wines. An excellent experience.

Best place for a glass of wine or 3 in Austin especially if you like flights or great choice of wine. Must have visited here 9 or 10 times over the last few years, whenever in Austin for work. Food is great for snacking but the real treat here is the choice of wine and the knowledge of the team.... More

This review is based on a visit during Restaurant Week in October in which we were not impressed. The food was okay, not special, and definitively overpriced. If RW is supposed to put their best food forward, then this is not a restaurant; it is a wine bar trying to also be a restaurant and failing at it. The table... More

My sister and I went for Thanksgiving dinner and had a phenomenal $35 3-service menu. We reserved the same day with no problem. We spent extra on the champagne and wine, but the Thursday special (50% off bottles of champagne) was still valid for the holiday (yum!). Austin had exceptionally fine weather for November (75 degrees!) so we sat on... More
